Service Description

Let The Green Homemaker take away the stress and hassle of moving day! Our move-in unpacking service is designed to make your transition into a new home much easier. With your instructions, we'll unpack your things and make sure everything is placed in its proper place so that you can feel totally settled and at home in just one day. We take great care of your things while unpacking, so you can rest assured your belongings are in safe hands. Move-In Unpacking Services include: - Sorting articles by type based on your instructions (ex: kitchen, dining room, bedroom, bathroom, etc.) - Placing of items in an organized and functional matter - taking out light trash/ recycling - discarding of items to be donated Disclaimer: All unpacking services will be completed within six hours. We recommend one person per 1,000 Square feet to ensure our standards of white glove cleaning services can be completed in the allotted time. If any biohazard, laundry services, furniture building/ moving or bulk trash removal are required, our residential cleaning staff is not able to complete these tasks and will work around any obstacles, to complete the service to the best of their ability. All items labeled for donation will be dropped off for no additional fee to 'Genesis Thrift Store' benefiting 'The Family Place' a domestic violence shelter. We recommend that you take an honest assessment of what your home needs and choose the services we offer that will best meet your needs. The Green Homemaker team is unable to handle biohazards, hoarded homes or pest infestations.
