We recommend bi-weekly service, however, for families with pets and/or children we recommend weekly service. Our residential cleaning includes interior windows, fan blades, sanitizing all surfaces, washing floor boards, cleaning underneath all furniture, vacuuming, and mopping. Residential Cleaning Services include: - Tidying - Vacuuming - Moping - Scrubbing Floorboards - Cleaning underneath furniture - Sanitizing surfaces - Washing windows from interior of home - Dusting all surfaces - Making beds - Washing dishes - Sanitizing and scrubbing toilets, bathtubs/ showers and sinks - taking out light trash/ recycling Services will be invoiced prior to appointment time at a per square foot rate. Payment in full is required. Square footage will be determined by publicly accessible property records. Disclaimer: All residential cleanings will be completed within three hours. Square footage of the property will determine size of the cleaning team that is present, to ensure our standards of white glove cleaning services can be completed in the allotted time. If any biohazard, deep cleaning or organizing services are required, our residential cleaning staff is not able to complete these tasks and will work around any obstacles, to complete the residential cleaning service to the best of their ability. We recommend that you take an honest assessment of what your home needs and choose the services we offer that will best meet your needs. The Green Homemaker team is unable to handle biohazards, hoarded homes or pest infestations.
